I great loupe for a really low price. It has a 30X magnifacation by 21 mm diameter lens. It’s also a good choice for DE blades as well.

Very nice little loupe. Quality construction of substantial materials. Indispensable for honing, and at this price you shouldn’t be without one.

This is a great loupe for the price. Very good build quality and the lens is very good. This 30X loupe is better than the 40x loupe I purchased off of EBay. You can’t go wrong with this product. Maggard is the best.

This is a great tool. Great quality and price. Perfect for whatever project you’re working on that needs that special attention to small details. Highly recommend! Thank you Maggard Razors.

An extremely useful tool to have, especially on razors seeing the hone for the first time in years. Sometimes a portion of an edge is extremely stubborn with meeting sharpness tests during the setting of the bevel, and in those cases having a loupe like this one can give a lot of information on what areas of the edge need a different approach on the hone. I have only had this one for a couple of weeks now, but given the number of Ebay razors I tend to deal with, I have saved an enormous amount of time beating my head against the wall on the 1k. I only wish I had gotten one sooner.

Whether you are an experienced honemeister or a novice, this 30x loupe is an indispensable tool. As I worked my way through my first couple straight razor restorations, it was invaluable to be able to see the scratch patterns and edge changes created by different stones and different patterns of honing.

Seriously, if you own a straight razor, you should own a tool like this. Being able to see the blade dynamics at play when you hone, strop over CrOx or strop on linen/leather is a really important part of understanding what the blade needs to be in order to give a close, comfortable shave.
