Product Description

Mango Sage Tea is fragranced with a blend of fragrance oils that smells absolutely wonderful. A fruity, sweet, fresh scent with some complex undertones that can be enjoyed by women and men alike.

Our soaps now ship in high quality thick-walled PETG jars, 100mm diameter (approx 4″), and are a slim 1.5″ tall with lid .   The jars are made in the USA!

Our soaps are made through the hot process.  Their consistency is a soft soap, similar to an Italian soft soap.   The jar opening is nice and big for all sorts of brushes, big and small.

Our soap is made by Maria Arman, a soap maker and potter from Michigan.  Check out her website at ttffcraft.com

    :

Chose this soap as part of starter set. Really nice scent, primarily sage and tea with a very light mango that is barely noticeable. Great performance, lathers as well as my other soaps

I got this soap in my starter kit and fell in love with the scent, light fruity smell and not too overpowering, even my fiancé loved it! Made my skin so smooth and gave a great cushion for my shave. So imagine my surprise when I wanted the full 4oz version for when I ran out of the 2oz that it wasn’t in stock! I received an email pertaining to this soap coming back into stock so I managed to snatch one up. Keep doing what you’re doing Maggard!

A phenomenol product that more than qualifies for my top five list. Lathers like a dream, one of the best for slickness and post shave feel is in my top three. This particular scent is heavenly, my whole family loves it. My wife actually rates this as her favourite to shave with. Every wet shaver should have a tub of Maggard’s soap, it’s incredible value for money too.

Dear Mrs. and Mr. Maggard, please never discontinue this excellent soap!
I don’t want to live without this anymore 😉

I’ve had trouble making a great lather with other soaps, but not with any of Maggard’s soaps. I’ve tried only three different scents from Maggards so far, but this scent is my favorite. I just keep coming back to it. I have also had no issues with this soap and my sensitive skin whereas the lime and bergamot stings a bit.

I am not the hairiest, so take this with a grain of salt: My tub of soap lasted me almost a complete year of shaving.

    :

Very pleasant smell, easily a uni sex offering from Maggard. Easy to get a great protecting lather once I dialed in the product to water ratio. Not my favorite Maggard scent, but still nice.

    :

Fantastic scent, a little sweeter than I expected, but very pleasant nonetheless. The scent lingered on my face for a few hours after a 3.5 pass shave. The first pass I applied a little too dry. I just dabbed my badger brush in the sink, shook it off and finished lathering directly onto my face where it blossomed into a really nice texture. Using a new green Astra blade and lathered over some pre-shave oil, I managed to shave my first pass with no noticeable friction. My wife and daughter loved the scent quite a bit. Thanks Maggard.

I have been using a DE for about a year now and have tried so many great products. Maggard brand soaps and razors are a tremendous value! Their customer service is second to none. I can’t recommend Maggard enough! My boyfriend bought this soap for me as a gift and it performs like it should cost twice this price. Even a beginner can get a mountain of thick, creamy lather with these soaps. Slick and protective. Being a lady, I shave my legs and tend to need more lather than what someone may need for their face. This soap has a lasting lather that sticks around for the extra time I need it to. It doesn’t dissipate like some lower quality soaps. The scent is unique and pleasant. I love this soap! I have to sniff this every time I walk by it. Fruity, but not too feminine. The sage is certainly present but does not make it too masculine. The hint of tea is refreshing. Fills the bathroom with a lovely scent. I would recommend this to anyone regardless of gender. A fantastic product from a fantastic company!

“Wow” is all I can say. For this as well as the other 3 artisan soaps I received – and very quickly – this week from the great folks at Maggard Razors. And for under $13? you’ve got to be kidding! Great, unusual and really pleasing scent. Fruity and a little sweet but not too sweet and definitely still masculine. Lather, cushion and after shave feel all excellent. Another winner. This is my first “house brand” soap from Maggard but it won’t be my last.

    :

Wow, the scent on this soap is fantastic and so is the performance! I received a sample and I am thankful I did because now I know which scent I’ll be using as part of my rotation. This and the London Barbershop are some of the best scents I’ve ever come across!

    What a smell!
I love the scent of mango and this soft soap provides it without veering into the overpowering mango-bubblegum type of scent. The subtlety is one of its (many) strong points.
Performance is top-notch, and the price is well below its value.
    An excellent “croap”.

    :

The scent was fruitier than I had expected, and I’m happy about that. The “Sage Tea” mellows out the fruit so it’s not overpowering and gives it a fresh clean undertone. The soaps performance was amazing. Created thick, slick lather easily. Highly recommended.

    :

I bought samples of all of the Maggard soaps (before the Cherry Limeade was announced… I’ll be back for that) & haven’t been able to move on to the other four yet. I’m stuck on this one but only have one more shave left if I’m lucky. Easy as sin to lather & it creates a nice slick shave. Astra SPs compliment it very well on my face. While I initially thought the scent was a little too light I can still smell it a solid 9 hours after my shave. I’ll be buying a proper jar shortly.

    :

EXTREMELY smooth and silky; every bit as luxurious as a cream on par with Taylor of Old Bond Street.

I like Proraso products, but comparatively, Proraso Shave Soap Sensitive (white) is like chalk.

    :

Maggard Razors Artisan Shave Soap Mango Sage Tea is an excellent shave soap. With an Omega 2012 Boar Brush I made 6 passes. Plenty of protection, great glide, nice aroma and lather lather lather. Thanks.
