The Parker 29L is the Unisex Razor. It is suitable for shaving by both men and women. The chrome handle is highly textured which makes shaving in the shower with wet soapy hands a breeze. Its long thin handle make it easier for women to use. Men find its lighter weight can help make the razor more maneuverable.

This is a great razor that belongs in your shave den.

I've had mine for several years now and love it. I had a butterfly hand-me-down back in the 80's from my dad or mom. I lost it in several moves over the years and finally found Maggard. Love this razor and finally getting one for my daughter.

I noticed there aren't any reviews of this shaver so I thought I'd provide feedback on the Lady Gillette, which it's modeled on. i actually was gifted my Lady Gillette by an aunt; it's my first DE shaver and might end up being the only one I bother owning as I love it so much. I didn't have any instructions but installing a blade was intuitive.. just twist the knob on the bottom of the handle and the blade assembly "butterflies" open, pop in a blade, and then twist to close. My first shave, with an Astra stainless blade, left my skin silky smooth. I held the shaver like a pencil and let it glide along my leg under its own weight; soon I was gliding it from ankle to knee with no trouble at all. Ankles & knees and underarms & bikini bits need a little more care, of course, but I've yet to nick myself.
