About Valobra: The twentieth century was only three years old when Virgilio Valobra founded his factory in Genoa. He wanted to preserve the technique of the soap masters of the eighteenth century that had developed along the coast from Portofino to Marseille, continuing their tradition of fine soaps produced with craftsmanship and pure ingredients. The ancient method of “boiling to the strength” for producing the soap  has always been used by Valobra and over the decades the treasure of precious formulas has been continuously enriched.

The lather you will get from this soft soap is unbelivable. When people tell you, that you need tallow in a shave shave soap you can prove them wrong.
Italians know how to make almond oil soaps.
