Bought somewhere else but I feel I should leave a review here.

The description, scent notes, and the label art (which is beautiful) are pretty spot on as far as what this soap smells like. To me it’s stormy, earthy, and aquatic but more freshwater than saltwater. I suppose the scent might not be for everyone, but if you’re like me and treat scented shaving soaps as an olfactory experience that can take you to a different place for a while, this is a very good one. It’s chaos in the clouds, a perfect storm of land, water, and air.

Previous reviewers apparently didn’t read the scent notes and had no idea what they were buying OR they don’t know what they like and did a blind buy. Or both. This scent is amazing. It smells exactly like what it’s billed as smelling like.

It might blow their minds to find out that different people like different things. Crazy, I know. Guess they will have to go back to their cologne dupes.

Five Stars for Wholly Kaw here. They knocked it out the park.

Okay I get it, weird and crazy scents are something that people pretend to love so they can feel like they alone are in an especially rare group of people who are the only ones able to appreciate the “scent achievement”, but seriously, good God, why make anything smell like this? Like congrats, you can make something smell terrible, so could I if i were mixing scents. I’ll give them one thing, It smells like it says… that and hot metal. It’s such a stupid novelty and it’s not enjoyable at all. The base is however one of the best on the market but I just can’t get over why people make scents like this. Ugh, it was a waste of $30… and I LOVE Wholly Kaw.

    Real Honest

Seriously, anything that smells like this, shouldn’t cost anywhere near $30. It smells horrible.
