We offer straight razors, safety razors, hundreds of wet shaving supplies, and restoration services. We are constantly expanding our offerings, and are enjoying good success – we should be around for years to come!
Maggard Razors, LLC was established in October, 2012. We are a husband and wife team – Brad and Casie Maggard – who have worked hard to realize our dreams of becoming small business owners.

Maggard Razors offers free shipping on orders over $75.00 within the USA. In the event that you choose free shipping, Maggard Razors will determine the method of shipping based on the least expensive rate. Maggard Razors will make every effort to ship out orders on the same day placed before 4pm EST Monday-Friday. On Saturday, USPS orders will generally ship if placed before 12pm EST. No FedEx orders will be shipped on Saturdays. (Overnight orders on placed on Friday via FedEx will not be delivered until Monday as Fedex does not deliver on weekends.) Orders will be shipped in the order in which they are received. If it is an unusually busy day your order may be delayed one day.
The only guaranteed delivery service that Maggard Razors offers is FedEx.
Domestic Orders Should arrive within 2-3 business days, with the following exception. Sometimes packages are not scanned and can seem to stay in a certain area for a while. Please do not be alarmed. The bar code may have been damaged. Be patient – your package will arrive. If your package does not arrive after *21 calendar days, we will take action to correct the error. Under 13 ounces will ship via First Class with tracking. Over 13 ounces, we ship Priority Mail with tracking. There is No Guarantee on delivery times.
Shipping Address All orders will be shipped to the “ship to” address entered at checkout. If the “ship to” address is not verifiable by our shipping software we will contact you via email to verify its accuracy. This may delay shipping. The buyer will be responsible for additional shipping fees if the address provided is undeliverable. If a package can not be delivered and the buyer wants a refund, you will be refunded the purchase price minus the actual shipping costs. In these cases we will have to have received the package back to re-ship, or refund.
*In the event that a package is lost, stolen, or damaged. You agree to fully cooperate and fill out all insurance claim paperwork. Orders will not be reshipped without full cooperation. As soon as we receive the paperwork back we will reship your order. This can be done electronically and will only take a few minutes out of your day.
International Orders Under 4 pounds, we ship via USPS First Class International Over 4 pounds, we ship via USPS Priority International Upon placing an International order, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1) United States Postal Service International mail can take up to 15 business days. However if a package is held in customs it could take an additional 30 business days. We are not responsible for any packages held by customs or any items confiscated by customs. Maggard Razors is also not responsible for any duty, taxes, or additional fees charged by the recipients mailing service or government.
2) Any claims for lost packages can not be made until 45 days after the shipping start date.
In the event that a package is lost, stolen, or damaged. You agree to fully cooperate and fill out all insurance claim paperwork. Orders will not be reshipped without full cooperation. 3) We are not responsible for any packages lost, damaged, or stolen when using a forwarding service.

5) United states postal service prohibits all alcohol based products via air mail. If an international order containing an alcohol based product is placed the item will be removed from the order and the purchase price of the item and any shipping costs associated with the item will be refunded.
6) International addresses are not able to be verified by our shipping software. The buyer will be responsible for additional shipping fees if the address provided is undeliverable. If a package can not be delivered and the buyer wants a refund, you will be refunded the purchase price minus the actual shipping costs. In these cases we will have to have received the package back to re-ship, or refund.
Maggard Razors requires all international orders over $150.00 to provide additional information to prevent fraud.
Upon placing an order over $150.00 you will receive an email requesting a photo copy of your ID and a photo copy of your credit card with the name and last 4 numbers visible.
We also require your billing and shipping address to be the same. If they do not match we will ship to the billing address. If this is a problem we will cancel the order.
We may also require you to call us to give us more information.
We will hold the order for a week. If we do not hear from you in that time we will refund and cancel the order.

Damages & Exchanges Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your item is damaged or defective in some way, we will make sure you are taken care of. If your item has a defect or was damaged in shipping please contact us with pictures and a description of the damages and we will arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.
Razors – Unused replaceable blade razors may be returned within 10 days for a full refund less actual shipping cost and a 30 cent processing fee.
Straight razors, vintage razors, used, or restored razors may be returned within 10 days for a refund less a 20% restocking fee and actual shipping cost.
All other Products – Unused items may be returned within 10 days for a full refund less actual shipping cost Maggard Razors pays.
Used products may not be returned.
Clearance – All sales are final on clearance merchandise.
Samples- All sales are final on samples.
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Buyers are responsible for all exchange shipping charges.
Please ship all returns in a box. We are not responsible for damaged items that are returned to us. If an item arrives damaged we will take the appropriate % off of the return. If the item is completely damaged we will not issue a refund. Please take care in packaging returns. Thank you.
